Why do I have to book a consultation prior to onboarding for a project?
Prior to committing to a long-term project it is essential that we both know we are a great fit for each other.
To know that, I believe it is more valuable to provide you with an in-depth consultation from the start rather than a surface level "discovery call".
Where are the services conducted?
All services are conducted via phone call or video call unless otherwise stated/requested. Or via digital download such as the guidebook.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of all deliverables I offer whether industry knowledge, custom made digital deliverables, and made to order physical products, I cannot accept refunds or exchanges at this time.
