Why YVZ CREATIVE Is Shifting Toward Strategy-Only Services

And What That Means for the Entrepreneurs We Serve

At YVZ CREATIVE, our mission has always been to help entrepreneurs build a business that serves their customers — and themselves. Over the past four years, that mission has guided our work across industries, projects, and communities.

Today, I’m excited to share an intentional shift in focus that aligns more closely with that vision:YVZ CREATIVE is now exclusively offering consulting and strategy-based services.

Why This Shift?

When I launched YVZ CREATIVE in 2021, it was with the goal of helping small business owners gain clarity, confidence, and structure. And while done-for-you services like web design and branding played a big role in the beginning, the most transformational moments always came from something deeper: conversation, strategy, and guided decision-making.

After years of juggling creative deliverables and client project scopes, I realized that the work I feel most energized by — and the work that creates lasting change for clients — happens in our 1:1 strategy sessions, workshops, and coaching.

So, we’ve decided to fully step into that.

What’s Changing — And What’s Not

✅ What’s staying: Our commitment to helping early-stage entrepreneurs (0–3 years) build with clarity, structure, and intention. You’ll still get the bilingual, high-touch, deeply personalized support YVZ CREATIVE is known for.

❌ What’s changing: We’re officially stepping away from done-for-you projects like website design, brand design, and implementation work. These services were valuable, but they no longer align with the heart of our work.

This shift allows us to focus fully on:

✔️ Ongoing Coaching — Multi-session support for entrepreneurs navigating launches, pivots, or brand growth.

✔️ Digital Tools & Resources — Coming soon: guides and templates to support sustainable growth — even between sessions.
